Complex of 8 B vitamins with choline, myo-inositol, and zinc in vegetable capsules. B vitamins work coordinately as essential enzymatic cofactors in energy metabolism and nervous system function. The formula includes choline (sometimes considered B4, a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine) and myo-inositol (sometimes considered B8), plus zinc as a cofactor mineral.
Ingredients
Main ingredients:
B vitamins (B1 thiamine, B2 riboflavin, B3 niacinamide, B5 pantothenic acid, B6 pyridoxine, B7 biotin, B9 folic acid or methylated folate, B12 methylcobalamin or cyanocobalamin), choline, myo-inositol, and zinc.

Characteristics

• The intense yellow color of urine when taking B complexes comes from B2: it is normal and expected.
How to use

Dosage (check packaging): 1 capsule daily with breakfast.

Best time: in the morning. B vitamins can have a mild activating effect; avoid at night if this occurs.

Yellow urine color: normal, reflects excretion of excess B2. NOT a problem.

Continuity: 1-3 month courses are common.

⚠️ WARNINGS:
• Pregnancy and lactation: increased B9 needs; specific complexes are available.
• Levodopa (Parkinson's): B6 may reduce its effectiveness.
• Anticonvulsants: may interact with B9.
