CoQ10 is a lipid molecule present in all cells of the body, especially concentrated in the mitochondria (the cellular "engines" of energy production). Its endogenous synthesis progressively decreases with age from 35-40 years onwards. Vegetable capsule format suitable for vegetarians. Pack of 30 capsules (1 month at one a day).

How to use

Dosage (check packaging): 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Best time: with the main meal at midday or dinner. Taking it with fat multiplies absorption several times over (CoQ10 is highly fat-soluble).

Some people notice a mild activating effect: avoid at night if this happens to you.

About the 200 mg dose:
• High dose. Typical maintenance: 30-100 mg/day.
• 200 mg is used in specific regimens (after 50 years of age, situations with professional monitoring).

⚠️ Medical WARNINGS:
• NOT recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Anticoagulants: CoQ10 may reduce their effectiveness.
• Statins: may reduce endogenous CoQ10 synthesis. Consult for specific cases.
• Blood pressure medication: possible mild effect on blood pressure.
• Surgery: discontinue 2 weeks before.

Continuity: 8-12 weeks minimum.
