Food supplement in 90 tablets with four plants traditionally used in phytotherapy: milk thistle (Silybum marianum), boldo (Peumus boldus), fumitory (Fumaria officinalis) and dandelion (Taraxacum officinale). Each plant provides its characteristic profile of bioactive compounds: silymarin and silybin in milk thistle, alkaloids (boldine) in boldo, alkaloids (fumarine) and phenolic acids in fumitory, taraxacin and inulin in dandelion.

Main ingredients:
Milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, seeds), boldo extract (Peumus boldus, leaves), fumitory extract (Fumaria officinalis) and dandelion extract (Taraxacum officinale, root).

• Boldo has a characteristic intense aroma (eucalyptus-camphor-like) due to its essential oil content.

Dosage (check packaging): 1-2 tablets daily with meals.

Best time: with the main midday meal. Bitter herbs (all 4 are) stimulate digestive secretions; taking them with food reduces possible mild gastric discomfort.

Continuity: usual guidelines of 4-8 weeks with breaks between cycles. DO NOT use continuously for prolonged periods without professional assessment.

⚠️ Important medical warnings:
• BILIARY PROBLEMS: all 4 herbs can stimulate bile production/secretion (choleric effect). If you have gallstones or biliary obstruction, DO NOT TAKE without professional assessment.
• BOLDO: contains ascaridole (present in the leaves) — should be limited in commercial extracts. Prolonged continuous use is not recommended.
• FUMITORY: contains alkaloids; continuous use exceeding 4-6 weeks without a break is not recommended.
• Dandelion: mild diuretic effect; may enhance diuretics or antihypertensives.
• Pregnancy and lactation: NOT recommended.
