Digestive enzymes are natural biological catalysts that the body produces to break down food (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) into absorbable molecules. Probiotics are living microorganisms that are a natural part of the gut microbiota. Convenient single capsule per day dosage.

Ingredients:
Digestive enzyme blend (typically amylase, protease, lipase, and other plant-derived or microbial enzymes) and selected probiotic strains.

For specific enzymes with their activity units (DU for amylase, FCC for protease, FIP for lipase, etc.), the exact probiotic strains with their scientific designation (genus, species, strain), and colony-forming units (CFU) per capsule, please refer to the product packaging.

Dosage:
• Adults: 1 capsule daily.

When to take it:
• Digestive enzymes are best absorbed when present at the beginning of digestion: take the capsule IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the main meal or with the first bites.
• For probiotics, there are two common guidelines depending on the formulation:
– With food: if the strains are microencapsulated for gastric protection.
– On an empty stomach (15-30 minutes before breakfast): if the formulation does not have specific gastric protection.
• If the product packaging specifies a particular time, that guideline takes precedence.

How to take it:
• Swallow whole with a glass of room temperature or lukewarm water.
• NOT with hot water (heat can damage enzymes and reduce the viability of probiotic strains).

• For continuous support, 30-60 days with the 1 capsule daily regimen.
• If the reason is circumstantial (travel, dietary changes, periods of heavier eating), it can be used more specifically during those episodes.

Specific storage for probiotics:
• Some probiotics require refrigeration (between 4-8 °C) to maintain viability. Others are stable at room temperature thanks to microencapsulation technologies.

• Once opened, close the bottle tightly between uses to minimize moisture entry.
