Food supplement in 60 vegetable capsules with glutathione, vitamin C and N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC). Glutathione is a tripeptide (glycine + cysteine + glutamate) synthesized by the body in the liver. NAC is a modified form of the amino acid cysteine; it is a direct precursor to endogenous glutathione. Vitamin C works synergistically with glutathione in the body's oxidation-reduction systems. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

Main ingredients:
L-glutathione (verify if reduced, liposomal or S-acetylated), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) and N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC).

Some guidelines recommend taking on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before eating) to avoid competition with other amino acids.

Best time: In the morning on an empty stomach (30 min before breakfast) is the most common guideline. Alternative: with a meal if it causes gastric discomfort.

Continuity: 8-12 weeks to evaluate.

About the taste: Glutathione and NAC have a characteristic sulfurous odor (similar to sulfur or 'cooked egg'). If the capsule breaks, it may be noticeable. This is normal and does not indicate any problems.
