Each mushroom contributes its characteristic profile of polysaccharides (especially beta-glucans), triterpenes and other bioactive compounds. Vegetable capsules suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris or sinensis), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), and Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) extracts.

• Attention to quality: ideally processed from the fruiting body (not just the mycelium), where bioactive compounds are more concentrated.
• Attention to the % of beta-glucans: the higher, the greater the bioactive concentration (common standardizations: 20-40%).

Dosage (check packaging): 1-2 capsules daily with a meal.

Best time: with the midday meal or split into 2 doses. Cordyceps has a mildly activating profile: avoid at night.

Continuity: 8-12 weeks minimum. Common: cycles of 2-3 months with breaks.
