Food supplement in 30 vegetable capsules with plants traditionally used in digestive phytotherapy (psyllium, aloe vera, mallow) and the patented probiotic complex Megaflora 9 EVO®. Psyllium (Plantago ovata) provides soluble fiber that forms a mucilaginous gel when it comes into contact with water. The formula combines the mechanical effect of fiber with the contribution of probiotic strains.

Main ingredients:
Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata, seed), aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis, inner gel), mallow (Malva sylvestris) and Megaflora 9 EVO® (9 probiotic strains).

• 30 vegetable capsules (1 month supply).
• Soluble fiber + mucilaginous plants + probiotics.
• Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
• ⚠️ ESSENTIAL to take with plenty of water. Without enough water, psyllium can form a mass in the esophagus and cause obstruction.

Dosage (check packaging): 1 capsule daily with a LARGE glass of water (minimum 250 ml).

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT:
• Psyllium MUST ALWAYS be taken with plenty of liquid (minimum 250 ml per capsule). Without enough water, it can form a mass in the esophagus or digestive tract and cause an obstruction. THIS IS A REAL, not theoretical, RISK.
• Drink additional water throughout the day.

Best time: with breakfast or between meals, at least 1-2 hours apart from any medication.

Continuity: fiber-rich plants can be taken for prolonged periods. Aloe vera: cycles of 4-6 weeks with breaks.

⚠️ Important medical warnings:
• Intestinal obstruction: DO NOT TAKE if you have intestinal obstruction, digestive tract stenosis, or difficulty swallowing.
• Medication: space at least 1-2 hours apart from any medication. If you are taking medication for diabetes, anticoagulants, thyroid hormones, or digoxin, consult your doctor.
• Aloe vera: the inner gel is well tolerated. The yellow latex (layer between skin and gel) is NOT considered safe for continuous use and is restricted by regulation.
