Vegetable capsules with magnesium in bisglycinate form (high bioavailability and good digestive tolerance) together with vitamin B6. Liposomal technology with sunflower phosphatidylcholine. Each dose provides 200 mg of magnesium (53% NRV) and 2 mg of B6.

Composition per dose (2 capsules):
Magnesium (as bisglycinate) 200 mg · Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), acidity regulator (calcium phosphates), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), phosphatidylcholine from sunflower (Helianthus annuus), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
