Food supplement in 120 tablets with magnesium in citrate form. Magnesium citrate is one of the most bioavailable forms of the mineral, compared to magnesium oxide (the most common and cheapest but least absorbed form) or magnesium carbonate. The citrate form is obtained by combining magnesium with citric acid. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and helps maintain bones under normal conditions.

Main Ingredients:
Magnesium Citrate (400 mg per tablet, approximate equivalent elemental magnesium calculated based on the % magnesium of citrate; check exact value on the packaging).

• Magnesium citrate (highly bioavailable form).
• Citrate has a mild laxative effect at high doses: useful for people prone to constipation.

Dosage (check packaging): typically 1-2 tablets daily with meals or before bedtime.

Best time:
• At night: magnesium has a mild muscle and nerve relaxing effect. Nighttime intake is common.
• If the mild laxative effect is bothersome, divide the dose throughout the day.

Continuity: habitual continuous use.

⚠️ WARNINGS:
• SEVERE KIDNEY DISEASE: DO NOT take without professional assessment (magnesium is eliminated by the kidneys).
• Mild laxative effect: citrate can have a laxative effect at high doses. If this occurs, reduce the dose or divide the intakes.
• Medication: magnesium can reduce the absorption of some medications:
– Quinolone and tetracycline antibiotics: separate by at least 2-4 hours.
– Bisphosphonates: separate by at least 2 hours.
– Levothyroxine (Eutirox): separate by at least 4 hours.
• Pregnancy and lactation: magnesium needs are increased during these stages, but consult your specific case.
