Multivitamin-mineral supplement in 60 tablets with composition declared by the manufacturer. Provides dolomite (natural source of calcium and magnesium) and ginseng (Panax ginseng) along with a broad complex of vitamins (A, C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) and minerals (zinc, iron, manganese, selenium). Vitamins and minerals with authorized EFSA claims contribute to numerous bodily functions.

Main ingredients per tablet:
Dolomite 145 mg, ginseng (Panax ginseng) 41.7 mg, vitamin C 75 mg (94% NRV), vitamin B3 18 mg (113% NRV), vitamin E 10 mg (83% NRV), vitamin B5 6 mg (100% NRV), vitamins B1, B2 and B6 2.5 mg each, vitamin A 310 mcg, vitamin K1 75 mcg, vitamin D 3.75 mcg, zinc 5 mg (50% NRV), iron 2.7 mg, manganese 0.7 mg, selenium 8.5 mcg.

– Uncontrolled HYPERTENSION: NOT recommended.
– Insomnia: ginseng has a stimulating effect, which may worsen insomnia.
– Anticoagulants (warfarin): may interact.
– Anti-diabetic medication: possible effect on blood glucose.
• Multivitamin:
– Anticoagulants: vitamin K interferes with warfarin. Maintain CONSTANT intake.
– Hemochromatosis: iron content may be problematic.
– Thyroid pathology with medication: content may require separation from levothyroxine.
• Pregnancy and lactation: there are specific multivitamins for these stages. Consult your doctor.
