Identical nutritional profile to the 220g size: 22 amino acids (all 9 essential), B vitamin complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, provitamin A, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc. The family-size option is more economical per gram and suitable for continuous consumption over long periods.

Recommended usual dose:
• Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily (10-20 g).
• Over 6 years old: 1 teaspoon daily (5-10 g).

Ways to consume:
• Chewed directly (releases nutrients better).
• Soaked overnight in water, juice, or plant-based milk (softer texture the next day).
