Food supplement in 60 vegetable capsules with shilajit standardized to 50% fulvic acid and ashwagandha KSM-66® (patented form of Withania somnifera). Shilajit (also called mumijo) is a dark mineral-organic substance that seeps from high mountain rocks, mainly in the Himalayas, during the warm months. Its characteristic profile includes fulvic and humic acids (organic compounds produced by millennia-old plant decomposition) and a broad spectrum of trace minerals.

Main ingredients:
Shilajit standardized to 50% fulvic acid, ashwagandha KSM-66® extract (Withania somnifera, root, 5% withanolides).

• Ashwagandha KSM-66® (standardized patented form).
• Suitable for vegetarians.
• ⚠️ Shilajit quality: there are many low-quality or adulterated products on the market. Authentic Himalayan shilajit must pass heavy metal tests.

Dosage (check packaging): 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Best time: with breakfast or lunch. Shilajit has a gently activating profile: avoid at night.

Duration: 8-12 weeks minimum. In Ayurvedic traditions, use is continuous for seasons with breaks.

⚠️ Important medical warnings:
• Shilajit quality: must be purified and certified free of heavy metals (mainly lead). If the product does not provide these certificates, consult the manufacturer.
• Ashwagandha and thyroid: can increase thyroid hormones. If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking levothyroxine, consult a doctor.
• Iron and minerals: shilajit contains iron. If you have hemochromatosis or other iron metabolism disorders, consult a doctor.
• Anticoagulants: possible interaction. Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery.
• Pregnancy and lactation: NOT recommended.
