Food supplement with naturally-derived vitamin C — typically from rosehip (wild rose, Rosa canina) and/or acerola (Malpighia glabra/emarginata), two of the most concentrated plant sources of vitamin C known. Previously marketed as 'Vitam-C Rose'. Natural sources of vitamin C also provide flavonoids and polyphenols inherent to the plant matrix, as opposed to isolated synthetic ascorbic acid. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative damage, and to normal collagen formation.

Main ingredients:
Naturally sourced Vitamin C (usually rosehip Rosa canina and/or acerola Malpighia glabra/emarginata extract), providing natural Vitamin C accompanied by flavonoids and polyphenols inherent to the plant matrix.

Best time: in the morning or spread throughout the day if the dose is high. Vitamin C can be a mild stimulant in sensitive individuals: avoid it at night if this happens to you.

Continuity: continuous use or in cycles as needed.

⚠️ WARNINGS:
• KIDNEY STONES: very high doses (>1,000 mg/day for prolonged periods) could increase the risk of oxalate stones in predisposed individuals. Consult a doctor if you have a history of them.
• HEMOCHROMATOSIS: vitamin C increases iron absorption; NOT recommended.
• Glucose tests: high doses can interfere with blood glucose test strips.
