A combination of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 (usually menaquinone-7 or MK-7) in vegetable capsules. The D3+K2 combination is very popular in supplementation because both vitamins work complementarily in calcium metabolism: vitamin D3 promotes intestinal calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 contributes to its proper incorporation into bones (K2 is a cofactor for osteocalcin, a protein that binds calcium to bone). Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 (usually as menaquinone-7, MK-7).

Dosage (check packaging): 1 capsule daily with a meal containing fat.

Best time: with the main meal at midday or dinner. Both vitamins are fat-soluble: absorption improves significantly with dietary fat (olive oil, nuts, avocado, oily fish).

Continuity: usual continuous guidelines, especially in autumn-winter (less sun exposure) or in older adults.

⚠️ Important medical warnings:
• ANTICOAGULANTS: Vitamin K interferes with oral anticoagulants such as warfarin/Sintrom (K2 can reduce their effectiveness). If you are taking these medications, DO NOT use this product without medical supervision. Maintain a CONSTANT intake of vit K (sudden changes unbalance the anticoagulant dose).
• Hypercalcemia: if you are being treated for high calcium levels in the blood, consult first.
• Thyroid/parathyroid pathology: consult.
