Food supplement in 60 capsules with aged black garlic extract (Aged Black Garlic). Black garlic is obtained by controlled fermentation of white garlic at specific humidity and temperature for 1-3 months. This fermentation transforms the sulfur compounds characteristic of raw garlic (mainly allicin) into S-allyl-cysteine (SAC) derived compounds, which are water-soluble, stable, and without the pungent odor typical of raw garlic.

Characteristics

How to use

Dosage (check packaging): 1-2 capsules daily with a meal.

Best time: with the main midday meal or dinner. Taking with food reduces possible mild gastric discomfort.

Duration: 8-12 weeks minimum.

• Anticoagulants (warfarin, Sintrom) and antiplatelets (aspirin): garlic may potentiate their effect. Consult before use.
• Surgery: discontinue 1-2 weeks prior.
• Individuals with coagulation problems: consult.
• Allergy to Liliaceae (garlic, onion, leek): NOT suitable.
