Food supplement in 80 tablets (800 mg per tablet) with valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis). Valerian is a plant with a long tradition of use in European herbal medicine, present in official pharmacopoeias for centuries. Its characteristic compounds are valerenic acid (a common standardization marker) and valepotriates, along with essential oils and amino acids such as GABA (naturally present in the root, although it does not reach the brain as such after digestion).

Main ingredients:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) 800 mg per tablet.

• Valerian root extract.
• Characteristic STRONG ODOR (may be noticeable when opening the package). This is normal and does not indicate a problem; it comes from the plant's essential oils.

Dosage (check packaging): usually 1-2 tablets daily, preferably in the late afternoon or evening.

Best time: in the afternoon or evening, 30-60 minutes before the desired effect.

Continuity: usual occasional guidelines or for defined periods of 4-6 weeks with breaks.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT medical WARNINGS:
• DRIVING VEHICLES AND OPERATING MACHINERY: Valerian may cause drowsiness and/or reduce reaction time in some people. AVOID driving vehicles or operating heavy machinery until you have assessed your personal response. This warning is also valid for the day after if taken at night.
• DO NOT COMBINE WITH ALCOHOL.
• DO NOT COMBINE with sedatives, anxiolytics, hypnotics (benzodiazepines), opioids, or antidepressants without professional evaluation (possible potentiation).
• Pregnancy and lactation: NOT recommended.
• Children under 12 years: NOT recommended without professional evaluation.
• Scheduled surgery: discontinue at least 2 weeks before (interaction with anesthetics).

Characteristic odor:
• Valerian has an intense, characteristic odor (some people describe it as 'old sock smell'). This is completely normal and comes from the natural essential oils of the root. The more intense the odor, usually the richer it is in volatile compounds (paradoxically, higher phytotherapeutic quality).
