Food supplement in 60 softgels with natural vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol). Natural vitamin E (D-alpha form) has approximately twice the bioavailability of the synthetic form (DL-alpha tocopherol, also written as dl-alpha or all-racemic). Softgels with vegetable oil are the ideal vehicle for this fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

Main ingredients:
Natural Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol). Vegetable oil as a carrier.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: verify the exact chemical form on the packaging. If it says 'D-alpha' or 'd-alpha' (with a hyphen) = natural. If it says 'DL-alpha', 'dl-alpha', 'all-rac' or 'racemic' = synthetic.

Take with fat: vitamin E is FAT-SOLUBLE. Absorption significantly improves with olive oil, nuts, avocado, or fatty fish.

Best time: with the main meal at midday or dinner.

Continuity: tissue accumulation is progressive. Regimen of 8-12 weeks.

⚠️ Medical warnings:
• Anticoagulants: vitamin E in HIGH DOSES may enhance the effect of anticoagulants (Sintrom, warfarin) and antiplatelet agents (including aspirin). Consult your healthcare professional before taking it if you are on these medications.
• Scheduled surgery: discontinue at least 2 weeks prior.
• Severe hypertension: the use of very high doses of vitamin E (>400 IU/day for long periods) has been a subject of discussion in scientific literature. If you have severe hypertension, consult your doctor.
